Since Prinnies are native to the Netherworld I guess I fill you in on all the details here.
First this is a Prinny...

Now Prinnies are only about three feet tall, they work in the Netherworld in what is basically slave labor. Now you might think that is harsh but what Prinnies actually are are the souls of humans that have sinned in their past lives, therefore they work in the Netherworld and Celestia (Place where angels live. Sienna's home world) to repent for those sins. After they have either atoned or raised enough cash they can be reincarnated. They can only be reborn under the light of the Red Moon, which purifies the souls of the Prinnies and allows them to be reborn. Thats about all there is to Prinnies!
